Refund & Cancellation Policy

DripSync ("we", "our", "us") is a product of Elytron Labs, operated by Sincero Ventures LLP. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for all DripSync subscription plans.

1. Free Trial

All new users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to their selected plan's features. No payment information is required to start a trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your account is placed in read-only mode - your data and image mappings are preserved, but syncing and push features are paused.

2. Credits, Packs & Subscriptions

DripSync is priced in credits: 1 credit maps 1 product (all its variants, hero selection, and image ordering included). Reviewing, approving, and pushing images never consume credits. Credits are sold as one-time packs (valid 12 months) — Starter $29 / ₹599, Growth $79 / ₹1,599, Scale $199 / ₹3,999 — or as a monthly subscription (Sync Basic $19 / ₹399, Sync Plus $49 / ₹999; monthly credits do not roll over). Every new store receives 25 free credits and a free store image audit. Prices are shown before purchase; taxes may be added at checkout depending on location.

3. Refund Policy

Credit pack purchases and monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Unused pack credits stay available for 12 months from purchase. If a mapping run fails on our side, the credits it reserved are automatically returned to your balance. We encourage all users to evaluate the product with the free store audit and the 25 free install credits before purchasing.

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., extended service outages caused by us, or billing errors), we may issue refunds or credits at our discretion.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app (Settings > Billing) or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation.
• Your data, product mappings, and image selections are preserved indefinitely.
• You can resubscribe at any time to resume using DripSync with your existing data.

5. Changes & Legacy Plans

You can buy additional packs at any time — new credits simply add to your balance with their own 12-month validity. Subscription changes take effect from the next billing period.

Merchants on legacy tier subscriptions (Novice/Pro/Master, sold before July 2026) keep their terms until cancelled; the legacy proration rules from that era continue to apply to those subscriptions.

On Shopify, billing and proration are handled natively by Shopify's billing system. On WooCommerce, proration is calculated and applied by DripSync through our payment partner.

6. Data Retention After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription, your account enters read-only mode. All your data is preserved:

• Product mappings and image selections remain intact.
• Google Drive connection settings are preserved.
• Previously pushed images on your store are not affected.

For Shopify users: If you uninstall the app, Shopify notifies us and all stored data is permanently deleted within 30 days, in compliance with Shopify's data protection requirements. Google OAuth tokens are revoked at the time of deletion.

For WooCommerce users: Your data is retained until you explicitly request account deletion by contacting us. We will delete all stored data within 30 days of receiving your request.
