What does the free audit include?
On install, DripSync's AI analyzes the images already on your store (up to 500) and scores every hero image against your category's benchmark. You get an Image Score, ranked findings, and a fix path, on every plan, including free. Nothing on your store is changed, and the analysis is reused later so it's never repeated.
What exactly is “1 credit”?
1 credit = 1 product fully handled: DripSync analyzes the product and all its variants, suggests Drive images, picks the hero and sets the order. Reviewing, reordering and pushing never cost credits, and a re-map within 30 days of the last charge is free.
How accurate is the matching?
Depends on your data. With clean filenames, top-5 suggestions are right 85–95% of the time. With AI vision, accuracy stays high even when filenames are useless (IMG_2401.jpg style). You always review and approve before anything pushes to your store.
What if it suggests the wrong image?
You see the top suggestions per product, side-by-side. Pick a different one, or drag-and-drop to reorder. DripSync never pushes anything you haven't approved.
Do subscriptions or packs expire?
Subscription credits refresh every month and don't roll over. Pack credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Either way you only spend a credit when a new product is mapped.
What counts toward my monthly credits?
Only new mapping runs. Re-approving an existing suggestion is free, re-pushing approved images is free, and re-ordering already-suggested images is free. Your allowance resets every 30 days from your billing anchor.
Can I cancel or switch anytime?
Anytime. Cancel and you drop to free, and your suggestions and approvals stay in place, you just can't run new mappings until you top up or re-subscribe.
Does DripSync see my customer data?
No. DripSync only reads your product catalog (titles, tags, SKUs, descriptions, existing product images) and your selected Google Drive folder. No customer, order, or payment data. You can audit our requested scopes on install.
Is my Drive folder private?
Yes. You connect via Google OAuth and pick exactly one folder. DripSync only reads from that folder (and its subfolders). It never writes to Drive. You can revoke access from your Google account settings anytime.
Does it work with WooCommerce?
Yes. Same plans, same prices, same AI on both Shopify and WooCommerce. Connect in one click (you approve a read/write connection inside your own WordPress admin, no plugin required). Prefer a plugin? You can still install the DripSync plugin for native image uploads.
Do I need the plugin, or is one-click connect enough?
One-click connect is enough for everything: audit, matching and pushing. The optional plugin adds a faster native upload path and a DripSync menu inside wp-admin. If a security plugin or firewall blocks the one-click handshake, the plugin (or pasting API keys manually) always works.
